Theater Rental

The WorkShop Theater Company resides in two Theater Spaces (the 65 seat Main Stage Theater, and the 33 flex-seating Jewel Box Theater) and has a central Box Office/Lobby.

Theaters are available to rent for Rehearsals, Readings, or Full Productions. Rates are available by the Hour, Day, or Week, depending on your needs.

The Main Stage Theater
  • 65 seats, fixed, with wheelchair access.
  • Elevated (+ 15") Proscenium Stage 23' W x 16' D
  • High Ceilings: + 11'4" Stage to Lighting Grid
  • Full Lighting and Sound Packages (Conditions Apply)
  • Full use of Dressing Facilities. Two Entrances to stage and one to exterior Hall.

The Jewel Box Theater
  • 33 seats, flexible layout with wheelchair access.
  • Wide range of Staging Options:
    • 22'W x 12'D Proscenium
    • 19'W x 15'D Thrust1
    • 19'W x 12'D Thrust1
  • High Ceilings: +12' Stage to Lighting Grid
  • Repertory Lighting Plot2
  • Audio Package
  • Dressing Facility with one entrance to Stage and one to Lobby.

Both spaces feature access from two (2) elevators, Air Conditioning, and restrooms on same floor as theaters.
